We are driven by three core beliefs:
Feather is for migrant birds - the restless and ambitious few whom are ever dreaming of greener pastures. Packing your life into bags to seek greater opportunity in a new city, country, or continent can be a scary prospect. We built Feather to make it easy for you to find your flock, no matter where you go.
We try to match you with people that you’re likely to get along with. Typically, your group will be similar to you in age and share your interests.
We place a strong emphasis on communication and consistency. Things come up and plans change, but ghosting is not cool. To ensure a good experience for everyone else, repeat offenders are removed from our matching process.
Safety is a top concern for us, and there’s safety in numbers. We help ensure your safety by matching you in a group, and suggesting public places with lots of people for the meeting spots.
Feather is currently exclusive to the Seattle area, but we have plans to expand to many other cities in the United States. Let us know if you want us to come to your area by reaching out.
